Family Chiropractor in Roswell, GA | Care More Chiropractic
A Family Chiropractic Practice Serving
Roswell Since 1990
If you’re looking for a family chiropractor in Roswell, GA,
welcome.
I’m Dr. Kristen Welsh, though most of my patients know me simply
as Dr. K. I’m a mom, veteran, and chiropractor at Care More
Chiropractic, a family practice that has been serving the Roswell community
for more than three decades.
Care More Chiropractic was originally opened in 1990 by my mom, Dr.
Claire Welsh. In 1996, my dad made a major career change—leaving his
position as a vice president at a Fortune 500 company to attend chiropractic
school and join the practice.
Chiropractic care has truly been a family calling for us.
After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994,
I served in the United States Air Force before returning home and
eventually joining the practice. While attending chiropractic school, I began
working in the office and learning the rhythm of caring for patients and
families in our community.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University in 2004 and
joined the practice full-time as a chiropractor. Continuing the legacy of Care
More Chiropractic and serving families in Roswell is an incredible honor.

Chiropractic Care Focused on the Nervous System
At Care More Chiropractic in Roswell, we focus on something that
influences nearly every aspect of health: the nervous system.
Your nervous system controls:
- movement
- coordination
- healing and recovery
- stress response
- energy levels
- how the body adapts to daily life
When joints in the spine lose proper motion, communication between the
brain and body can be affected. Chiropractic adjustments help restore motion
and support healthier nervous system function so the body can perform the way
it was designed to.
Our goal is not simply to address symptoms, but to help people function
better, move better, and stay active in their lives.

Chiropractic Care for the Whole Family
One of the things I love most about chiropractic is that it can support
people at every stage of life.
At Care More Chiropractic, we care for:
- children and teens during growth
and development
- active adults and athletes
- busy parents balancing work and
family life
- individuals recovering from
injuries
- expecting mothers preparing their
bodies for birth
Each adjustment is tailored to the individual so care is comfortable,
specific, and appropriate for the person in front of me.
Pregnancy Chiropractic Care (Webster Certified)
Pregnancy places incredible demands on the body.
As a Webster Certified chiropractor, I have additional training
focused on supporting pelvic balance and nervous system function during
pregnancy.
Many pregnant patients seek chiropractic care to help with:
- lower back discomfort
- hip and pelvic tension
- sciatic nerve irritation
- maintaining mobility as the body
changes
Supporting the nervous system and pelvic balance can help mothers stay
more comfortable and active throughout pregnancy.
Auto Accident Injury Care in Roswell
In addition to family and pregnancy care, I have advanced training in the management of auto accident injuries and hold CCST certification.
Car accidents can create injuries that are not always immediately obvious
but can lead to long-term dysfunction if not properly evaluated and managed.
Our goal is to help patients recover properly and support the healing
process following injury.
Conditions Chiropractic Care May Help
People often seek chiropractic care for concerns such as:
- back pain
- neck pain
- headaches and migraines
- sciatica
- sports injuries
- pregnancy-related discomfort
- auto accident injuries
- joint stiffness and limited
mobility
Chiropractic care focuses on improving motion, supporting nervous system
communication, and helping the body function more efficiently.
My Philosophy: Elevating Health Naturally
A big part of my philosophy is helping people elevate their health.
Not through quick fixes, but through consistent habits that support the
body over time—movement, healthy routines, stress management, and proper
nervous system function.
Chiropractic care is one important tool that helps people stay active,
resilient, and able to do the things they love.
Through both my practice and this blog, my goal is to share practical
ways families can elevate their health naturally.
Life Outside the Office
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my
two kids, Lexi and Jack.
Like many families, our lives are full of school activities, sports, and
busy schedules. I enjoy reading, running, cooking healthy meals, experimenting
with sourdough baking, and crafting when I get the chance.
Those everyday experiences often inspire the wellness tips and personal
stories I share on this blog.
Frequently Asked Questions About
Chiropractic Care
Is chiropractic care safe for children?
Yes. Chiropractic care for children uses gentle techniques appropriate
for their size and stage of development. Many families choose chiropractic care
to support healthy growth, movement, and nervous system function.
Can chiropractic help during
pregnancy?
Many pregnant women seek chiropractic care to help maintain comfort,
mobility, and pelvic balance as their bodies change. As a Webster Certified
chiropractor, Dr. K has additional training focused on supporting pelvic
balance and nervous system function during pregnancy.
Do I need to have pain to see a chiropractor?
Not necessarily. Many patients choose chiropractic care to support
mobility, posture, and nervous system function even when they are not
experiencing significant pain.
Should I see a chiropractor after a
