Mindset: The Missing Magic

We have set our goals, now what?   What can we do to make sure we are successful?   It’s been my experience that there is one thing that can make or break our goals:   Mindset.   When I think of mindset and goals, the first thing that comes to mind is the quote, “wether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re probably right.”  Mindset, belief, faith—call it what you will but it is, what I like to call, the missing magic in goal setting,   There are also little things that we can do and say that have a huge impact on mindset.  First is the power of our words.  As Yoda says, “Do or do not, there is no try.”  Think about it, when you make a commitment to someone which is the one you’re actually going to do, the one when you say, “I will try and be there”. 5 Tips to Successful Resolutions
