🌿 One Word 2026: ELEVATE
Each year, I take time to pause, reflect, and choose a single word to guide me through the year ahead. This practice, inspired by the book One Word by Jon Gordon, helps me focus on growth that’s intentional, not overwhelming.
After much reflection, my word for 2026 is ELEVATE.
This word came to me as a natural continuation of 2025’s word, Abundance. Last year was about creating space and recognizing blessings. This year, I’m feeling called to rise — to lift what already exists to a higher level: my energy, my habits, my purpose, and the way I serve others.Elevating My Life
I’m focusing on the everyday choices that create peace and alignment — prioritizing rest, moving with joy, and practicing gratitude even when life gets busy. Elevating my life means choosing quality over quantity and embracing growth that feels grounded, not rushed.
Elevating My Family
At home, “elevate” means being more present, celebrating small wins, and infusing our days with laughter, adventure, and connection. It’s about lifting our family rhythm — making time for what matters most and letting go of what doesn’t.
Elevating My Work
At Care More Chiropractic, this year’s focus is on elevating the care experience for our patients and community. From education to empowerment, every adjustment, class, and conversation will reflect that intention — to lift lives through health, awareness, and connection.
You’ll see the theme of ELEVATE woven through our 2026 blog posts, in-office classes, and community events. Each topic will explore how we can elevate our health, mindset, and daily habits — one intentional step at a time.
Your Turn
As we begin this new year, I invite you to choose your own word for 2026.
A single word can shift your focus, guide your energy, and help you live with more clarity and purpose.
Ask yourself:
💠What do I want to grow into this year?
💠How do I want to show up for myself and others?
Write it down, keep it visible, and let it remind you to keep rising.
Here’s to a year to ELEVATE — mind, body, heart, and life.
