Did you know that according to a 2011 study done by researchers at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Med, fecal matter is found on 1 out of every 6 smartphones?   Other studies have found serious pathogens such as Strepococcus, MRSA– which is a type of bacteria that is resistant to several antibiotics – and even E. coli on smartphones.   To put this in another perspective, research shows that a public bathroom toilet seat is cleaner than most phones….   Ewwwwwww…….   Gros

These are interesting and unprecedented times.   I wanted to take a few minutes and talk about what's not only on everybody’s mind, but what is affecting our every action, COVID-19. Here are some of the procedures we have implemented at Care More Chiropractic , as well as what each of us should be doing to prevent and/or slow the spread of this disease, or to “flatten the curve.”   First, we at Care More Chiropractic are and essential medical facility and we are committed to remaining open.   At this time we are maintaining our regular hours.   We are asking that all patients SCHEDULE appointments.   This helps us to space out appointments so we can do our part in promoting social distancing.   This also give our doctors time to wash their hand and disinfect the tables between each patient.   We are posting updates, health tips, and other vital information on Social Media.   We will also be teaching classes including a Strategies for Healthy Living, and Exercising at Home
